Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Supply to manage and grow relationships with hotel chains connected to the iOL X marketplace.
This role owns the post-contract lifecycle of supply partners, ensuring their inventory is technically stable, commercially competitive, and producing strong booking output across our distribution channels.
The focus is on availability depth, rate competitiveness, mapping integrity, and production growth.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Account Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with hotel chains and independent hotels, channel managers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters
Supply Performance Monitoring
- Monitor search, availability, booking, and conversion performance
- Track week-on-week and month-on-month production trends
- Identify gaps in hotel coverage, availability depth, or pricing competitiveness
Inventory & Rate Optimisation
- Drive improvements in rate plan coverage and room availability
- Work with supply partners to improve competitiveness in key markets
- Ensure consistent supply depth during peak demand periods
Data & Content Integrity
- Ensure correct hotel mapping, room mapping, and rate plan configuration
- Identify content inconsistencies that impact booking reliability
- Coordinate clean-up initiatives with partners and internal teams
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Tech, Operations, and Revenue teams to resolve supply issues
- Support internal teams with commercial insights and partner performance data
Required Experience
- 3–6 years in travel-tech or B2B hotel distribution
- Experience working with hotel chains, bedbanks, or wholesalers
- Strong understanding of hotel inventory, rate flows, and distribution
- Ability to analyse performance dashboards and supply data
- Strong communication and partner management skills
