Job Summary
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operational activities in a healthcare setup. The role ensures smooth workforce administration, compliance with labour laws, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes while supporting 24/7 hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for clinical and non-clinical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin, Support Staff).
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records.
- Manage probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and promotions.
- Conduct exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling (including rotational and night shifts).
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs (overtime, incentives, deductions).
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for accurate salary processing.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, etc.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain manpower reports and HR dashboards.
- Update HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
- Handle employee ID cards, access control coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues when required.
- Support engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Promote positive work culture aligned with healthcare values.
6. Compliance & Accreditation Support
- Maintain documentation required for healthcare accreditation standards.
- Support compliance documentation for bodies such as National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) or other regional regulatory authorities.
- Ensure staff licenses and certifications are updated and valid.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in HR operations (Healthcare experience preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll and attendance management.
- Familiarity with HRMS software.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
