Internship Overview

On our paid internship programme, you will gain a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. As the HR & Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Intern, you will be expected to:
- Maintain and update key HR systems, including the HR Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Support on the coordination and delivery of EDI initiatives, activations, awareness campaigns, training, workshops and meetings.
