Job Title – HR Data Analytics – Assistant Manager / Manager
Location – Chennai
Candidate Expectation
Candidate should have of 8-12 years relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role, preferably in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of HR functional areas (recruitment, compensation, learning, labor time management, payroll, and data integrations).
Proficiency in tools like Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Cornerstone).
Key Roles And Responsibility
Lead and mentor a team of HR Data Analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions.
Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems).
Develop dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Partner with HR, IT, and business units to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Act as a bridge between functional HR teams and technical product teams to ensure alignment.
Work closely with product owners and developers to understand the architecture and capabilities of HR systems.
Contribute to system enhancements, data integrations, and automation initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GDPR/privacy and internal policies.
Maintain documentation and data dictionaries for HR data assets.
Support HR transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.
Provide analytical support for change management and adoption tracking.
Experience working with technical teams and understanding product lifecycle.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SQL will be an asset.
