Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 'Data Operations Executive' to support our Influencer Marketing team. The role involves sourcing creator data, maintaining databases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Source and curate influencer data based on campaign and sales requirements such as city, category, follower count, platform, and audience niche.
  • Manage, update, and maintain internal influencer databases to ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Extract influencer data from platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and internal influencer discovery tools.
  • Verify creator authenticity by analyzing engagement rates, audience demographics, content quality, and brand relevance.
  • Prepare and maintain data sheets, and performance reports for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all projects.
  • Archive all influencer data sheets into a centralized master database and refine data based on quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate creator outreach via email and Instagram DMs for collaboration and campaign participation.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
