Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a company who are transforming the way energy markets operate!

This role requires a highly tech-savvy professional who is comfortable working across HR systems, data tools and automation platforms. You will play a critical role at the intersection of Human Resources, technology and data strategy.

Key Experience:

Experience in an HR analytics or People Operations role with exposure to HR data & systems optimisation.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, and other relevant systems
Experience scoping, building, enhancing or automating talent & HR processes using AI/system workflows.
Confident user of data output & manipulation tools etc Microsoft Excel ( pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis) ,PowerBI etc
Experience building or maintaining HR dashboards and reports.
Ability to interpret HR data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
Experience conducting data audits and ensuring GDPR compliance.
CIPD Level 3 (minimum) – CIPD Level 5 desirable

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of three days a week working from the client's Manchester office.
