Job Purpose
Turn HR dashboards and data into actionable insights and clear stories for leadership.
You’ll work closely with the HR reporting team (who builds the dashboards) to produce monthly analysis and presentations for CHRO, COE, SSC, and Global HRBPs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
John Cockerill Global Business Services is the Indian headquarter of the Belgian John Cockerill Group.
The Group has a presence in India since the acquisition of FPE in June 2008.

Job Purpose
Turn HR dashboards and data into actionable insights and clear stories for leadership.
You’ll work closely with the HR reporting team (who builds the dashboards) to produce monthly analysis and presentations for CHRO, COE, SSC, and Global HRBPs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret existing HR dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Produce monthly executive summaries and presentations that explain the data in a business context (e.g., headcount evolution, attrition, engagement, diversity, mobility).
- Identify weak signals (e.g., early attrition patterns, unbalanced workload, hiring delays) and strong signals (e.g., talent pipeline improvements, cost savings, engagement boosts).
- Provide commentary and visual storytelling for HR performance reviews and leadership updates.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and COE leaders to validate insights and align recommendations.
- Maintain a consistent format and narrative across all HR population reports.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR analytics, HRBP support, or business intelligence for HR.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills — ability to “translate” data into clear HR/business insights.
- Excellent mastery of PowerPoint and data visualization tools (reading and interpreting dashboards, not building them).
- Good understanding of HR concepts: turnover, diversity, compensation, performance, workforce planning
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholder management
- Efficient in communication
