Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with a strong engineering mindset and deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and advanced Machine Learning techniques. The role involves leading end-to-end data science initiatives, developing production-ready AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact while adhering to enterprise compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

AI / Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and deliver AI and Data Science solutions with a focus on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, and adversarial learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Develop scalable, production-grade AI models and contribute to the engineering of AI products.

Engineering Excellence

• Write, optimize, and review Python code to ensure high performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to improve code quality and engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.

Mathematical & Analytical Rigor

• Apply deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms in model development and evaluation.
• Perform advanced data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Drive analytical thinking and structured problem-solving across projects.

Leadership & Project Delivery

• Lead data science projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of measurable analytical outcomes.
• Act as a strong functional lead while guiding project teams across multiple functions.
• Work closely with Operations and Lines of Business to implement AI solutions at scale.

Stakeholder & Communication

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with senior management, influencing decision-making through insights and analytics.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks related to data, systems, security, and regulatory standards at group, regional, and local levels.
• Promote responsible AI practices and data governance standards across solutions.

Required Qualifications

• M.Tech / Master’s Degree / PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Proven experience delivering Data Science and AI projects in real-world or production environments.
• Strong background in AI product development or ML engineering.
