Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate – Talent Acquisition located in Gurugram. The HR Associate will oversee and execute talent acquisition processes, support HR operations, and contribute to training and development initiatives. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the overall HR function to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and processes
• Experience in Training & Development and employee growth initiatives
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proactiveness and a strong ownership mindset are essential for this role.

Salary range - 4-6 LPA
