Job description:
Job Title: HR Associate – Payroll & Compliance
Location: [Mohali]
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
· Managing payroll processing using payroll software.
· Ensuring timely and accurate statutory deductions.
· Preparing and maintaining compliance reports and records.
· Managing employee data, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
· Ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
· Generating MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
· Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
· Hands-on experience with payroll software.
· Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
understanding of labor laws and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with HRMS / Payroll tools
· Exposure to audits and statutory filings.
Qualification:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
