This is a learning-focused apprenticeship where participants receive practical corporate exposure, structured training, and mentorship while working alongside experienced professionals on real hiring and HR operations.

This is a learning-focused apprenticeship where participants receive practical corporate exposure, structured training, and mentorship while working alongside experienced professionals on real hiring and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment campaigns and campus hiring initiatives.
- Maintain candidate records and HR documentation.
- Respond to candidate and employee queries professionally.
- Assist in employer branding and social media recruitment activities.
- Prepare interview reports and recruitment trackers.
- Learn corporate communication and professional email etiquette.
- Support internal HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Follow company HR policies, confidentiality, and professional standards.
