Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support HR operations and talent processes across the organization in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and induction programs. The trainee will help implement HR policies, coordinate employee benefits documentation, and assist in personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries. The role also involves supporting HR reporting, helping organize employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth HR workflows. The trainee will gain exposure to modern HR practices within a technology-driven talent platform environment.



Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage confidential information responsibly, and collaborate in a dynamic team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; internships or academic projects in HR are an advantage.
  • Comfort with digital tools, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making; interest in AI-driven HR solutions is beneficial.
