Role : HR & IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Experience : 6months to 1 years only

Location : Coimbatore

Work Mode : Onsite (Monday to Friday - 9.30 AM to 6..30 PM)

Job Description:

• 6months – 1 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.

• Good understanding of common IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, Full Stack, etc.).

• Hands-on experience using job portals and professional networks (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Hans-on experience with Vendor Management & Acquisition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

• Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions at the same time.

• Any graduate; HR / IT / Management background is an added advantage.
