Job Description : HR & Admin Operations Executive
About The Role
The HR Operations executive will manage the HR & Admin activities one of Express 3PL's clients in Sanand. The client is a leading FMCG company with a large manufacturing unit in Sanand, Gujarat. The HR operations executive will ensure that the staff of the warehouse operations are managed efficiently and take care of recruitment and onboarding.
The candidate will work in the General shift but will be required to come in the night shift for audits when required.

The HR operations executive will ensure that the staff of the warehouse operations are managed efficiently and take care of recruitment and onboarding.
The candidate will work in the General shift but will be required to come in the night shift for audits when required.
Employee Recruitment
- Source employees for warehouse operations and process their interviews on Keka
- Coordinate with site team and corporate team to conduct interviews
- Find unique ways to source and onboard candidates for warehouse operations
- Issue offers to the candidates once interviewed
- Coordinate with selected candidate to upload relevant documents in HRMS
- Conduct medical, safety training and employee documentation at client site
- Issue uniforms and ID card
- Conduct induction on the 1st day of work
- Initiate Monthly and Annual Reward & Recognition program
- Manage shift schedule of the staff
- Validate performance of blue collar staff
- Capture daily attendance of staff
- Ensure all the process are streamlined through HRMS & escalate in case of process deviation
- Act as a point of contact for resolving HR queries through KEKA
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Work Experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in handling core HR or admin
- Competencies: Good communication skills, Passionate on HR profile, Good Negotiation skills, Result Oriented, Go Getter, Problem Solver, Smart worker, Team player, career focussed
- Advanced skills: Advanced knowledge on MS office, experience in HRMS software is an added advantage
- The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and have ability to drive HR initiatives along with the HR team members.
