We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive to own day-to-day HR operations and office administration at an on-site location in India.

We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive to own day-to-day HR operations and office administration at an on-site location in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: prepare offer letters, coordinate inductions, collect documentation and ensure smooth exits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and physical files; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance with payroll vendors; collate attendance, leaves, reimbursements and claims for payroll processing.
- Operate attendance and biometric systems; track attendance, leave balances and liaise on discrepancies.
- Support recruitment logistics: schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and maintain ATS records.
- Oversee office administration and vendor coordination (facilities, stationery, housekeeping) to maintain a productive workplace.
- Must-Have
- HRIS management (Zoho People, greytHR or similar)
- Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS coordination)
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Applicant Tracking System usage (Naukri/Zoho Recruit/LinkedIn ATS)
- Biometric/attendance system administration
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and local statutory requirements
- Preferred
- Experience with greytHR or ZohoPeople implementations
- Prior exposure to facilities and vendor management in office environments
- Familiarity with basic payroll tools and vendor coordination workflows
- On-site, hands-on role with clear ownership and cross-functional exposure to operations and people teams.
