This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Housekeeping Associate. The Housekeeping Associate will handle daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities also include laundry management, restocking supplies, following cleanliness protocols, reporting maintenance issues, and upholding the overall standards of the property. Exceptional service and attention to detail are critical to delivering a seamless experience for guests.

• Experience with housekeeping tasks including cleaning, organizing, and laundry
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining organization and adherence to cleanliness standards
• Ability to train and develop new team members in housekeeping procedures
• Prior experience in a similar role and a hospitality background is a plus
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance or cleanliness issues
