Cycle Tour Guide (Project-Based)

At Cycle Culture, we create cycling experiences led by people who truly know the roads, routes, and cycling culture. We’re looking for a Cycle Tour Guide who is a strong rider, a true route expert, and confident leading groups on unforgettable cycling tours.

This is a field-first, on-ground role for someone who loves being on the cycle and knows how to manage real-world riding and tour situations.

What you’ll do.

• Lead cycling tours as the main on-ground guide
• Design, test, and refine cycling routes for safety, flow, and experience.
• Ensure rider safety, pacing, and smooth group management.
• Handle on-ground coordination during tours.
• Manage real-time challenges (weather, mechanicals, route changes, delays).
• Share local insights, culture, and route knowledge to enrich the ride experience

What we’re looking for.

• Strong cycling background and deep route knowledge.
• Experience leading group rides or cycling tours.
• Confident handling rider safety and group dynamics.
• Excellent on-ground decision-making and problem-solving.
• Friendly, responsible, and guest-focused attitude.
