Center Head

At Eager Beaver Preschools & Daycare, we believe in creating a joyful and enriching learning space where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore. As a Centre Head, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—overseeing daily operations, leading a team of educators, and ensuring excellence in care and education.

Locations: Andheri East, Kandivali East, Kandivali West (Mumbai)

Your responsibilities include:

🏫 Admissions & Parent Engagement – Guide families through enrollment, ensure conversion of enquiries to admissions, provide ongoing communication, and build strong parent relationships.

📚 Academic & Program Oversight – Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and enrichment programs that foster holistic child development.

👩‍🏫 Leadership & Team Management – Supervise, mentor, and support the teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain a high standard of care and education.

🛠️ Operations, Safety & Compliance – Oversee centre operations, maintain safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

What we are looking for in you:

✔️ Certified in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or Educational Leadership

✔️ 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, with 1+ years of leadership/managerial experience

✔️ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Proficiency in administrative tools (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.)

✔️ CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
