Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Master Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing and upholding the integrity of our global customer database. This role entails substantial collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless order-to-cash process and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accurate and compliant handling of customer information. Successful candidates will leverage their skills in data management, validation, and interpersonal communication to contribute significantly to our business operations and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of customer master records, including contact, billing, and shipping details.
• Perform basic data validation checks to identify and rectify inconsistencies or duplications in the system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to gather and validate customer information.
• Adhere to company and localization policies related to customer data and privacy compliance.
• Promptly escalate complex data-related issues to team leadership.

Industry Experience: Experience in the order-to-cash cycle or customer data management within any industry would be beneficial but is not required.

Additional Notes: This role requires working in rotational shifts with eligible shift allowances and cab provisions for commutes within a 30KM radius from the Chennai facility.
