We are currently seeking a Hotel AV Event Manager. This is your unique opportunity to work within a prestigious hotel, and be the go-to AV expert with a passion for quality and excellent customer service.

What you will do:

• High-quality handling of audiovisual service requests from both existing and new clients.
• Comprehensive project management, including preparatory and organizational tasks related to events (in-person consultations, providing offers, contract signing).
• Close cooperation with hotel teams.
• Managing events domestically and internationally.
• Generating further business opportunities with clients through successful collaboration.
• Providing necessary information to project assistants, technicians, and installation teams to ensure the high-standard execution of events and compiling supporting materials.
• Collaborating with our graphic design team for the creation of blueprints and visuals.
• Supervising technicians and installation teams delegated to event venues and coordinating their tasks.
• Continuous communication with subcontractors and partners.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience managing hotel events, with a preference for experience in 5-star hotels.
• Proven expertise in organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in coordinating small teams, even without direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong time management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and perform well in unexpected or high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in negotiating.
