Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Nandyal. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing daily hostel operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, and fostering a disciplined and friendly environment. Duties include supervising housekeeping, maintaining records, enforcing rules and regulations, guiding and mentoring students, and addressing their concerns. The role also includes ensuring a hygienic and secure living environment and promoting physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee hostel operations and ensure discipline.
• Multilingual and Telugu is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and building rapport with students.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address student concerns effectively.
• Organizational skills for maintaining records, scheduling tasks, and ensuring timely execution of responsibilities.
• Ability to ensure a safe, secure, and hygienic living environment for hostel residents.
• Experience in residential management or working with students is a plus.
• Relevant educational qualifications and a commitment to the well-being of students.
