Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager for our client.

Based on-site in Greater Noida, this role involves overseeing daily hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for training staff, optimizing service processes, and ensuring guests have an outstanding experience, aligned with the company’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and effective team interaction.
• Proficiency in Hospitality practices and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff to enhance performance and service quality.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Past experience in a hospitality-related role; management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
