Role Description

We are seeking a Hospital Operation Manager for a 100-bed hospital in Kolkata. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Hospital Operation Manager will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, streamline processes, ensure high-quality patient care, manage hospital staffing, and adhere to compliance and healthcare standards. The role involves budgeting and financial management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic decisions to improve operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Practice Management and Hospital Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding Customer Service
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for healthcare management
• Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage hospital operations
• Sound knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards
• Experience in a similar role with a track record of successful operational leadership in a hospital setting is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
