🔍 Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced RPA – QA / Test Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives for one of our client. The role requires strong hands-on experience in UiPath testing, SQL, and Data Mining, with the ability to work effectively in a Global Delivery Model.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Understand RPA BOT requirements and coordinate with Developers, BAs, and Business SMEs
• Attend requirement sessions and provide clarification from a QA perspective
• Estimate testing effort and coordinate testing schedules with business and development teams
• Facilitate test strategy sessions and prepare Test Strategy & Test Scenarios with business sign-off
• Prepare and execute Integrated Unit Testing (IUT) and UAT test scenarios
• Perform Data Mining and support test data setup for IUT and UAT
• Proactively resolve test environment, data, and access-related issues
• Coordinate RAMP test plans and facilitate RAMP execution
• Lead UAT & RAMP defect triaging and execution status reporting
• Track defects using JIRA and document detailed test results
• Measure and report QA KPIs
• Maintain regression test suites and explore automation opportunities
• Develop and maintain QA guidelines and process documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing and test data setup

🎯 Primary Goals

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data for IUT & UAT
• Support IUT, UAT, and RAMP execution with business sign-offs
• Implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities
• Measure and report testing KPIs

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

• UiPath Testing (Hands-on)
• SQL & Data Mining
• Strong QA / Testing background
• Ability to work in a Global Delivery Model

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience in Insurance domain
• Exposure to Blue Prism

🎓 Education & Experience

• 5+ years of IT experience (Mandatory)
• 4+ years of testing experience in UiPath / Blue Prism applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
