Role Description

This is a contract role for ServiceNow Professionals, based primarily on-site in Bengaluru or Pune, with remote flexibility considered for strong candidates. The role involves configuring, customizing, and administering ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Responsibilities include implementing workflows and automation, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools, and supporting Now Assist (GenAI) use cases where applicable. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver high-quality, tested configurations. Day-to-day work also includes troubleshooting production issues, performing platform tuning, preparing technical documentation, and mentoring team members on ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration, with hands-on work across core ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB) and the ability to translate process requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and automation tools; exposure to Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Now Assist (GenAI) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, solution design, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management best practices; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise environments, preferably in IT services or consulting engagements with global clients.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant module certifications are a plus.
