Hiring Segment P&L Lead / Analyst – Financial & Data Analytics

About The Role

We are hiring a Segment P&L Lead / Analyst to support financial tracking, segmentation analysis, and business performance monitoring. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive data-backed insights and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Update TMI structure to capture POD-level analysis
• Track and report segmentation, spans, and layers
• Monitor financial performance across segments
• Support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure accuracy in MIS reporting and dashboards
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting
• Experience with segmentation and P&L tracking
• Proficiency in Excel / data tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MIS reporting systems
  
  

Experience

• 8–10 years preferred
  
  

Location

• Gurugram / Mumbai (as applicable)
  
  

Compensation

• ₹22–35 LPA (based on experience)
