Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a sincere, committed, and growth-oriented individual to join us at Better Gains.

You will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns and supporting basic website development & optimization.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, not just instructions.

Marketing (Primary Role):

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Run and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Track performance, analyze data, and improve ROI

• Work on creatives, copy, and funnel optimization

Web Development (Basic Support):

• Manage and update website (landing pages, content, forms)

• Basic understanding of WordPress / no-code tools

• Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness

• Coordinate for any advanced tech requirements if needed

• Someone sincere and consistent (non-negotiable)

• Has hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads

• Understands basics of website handling / landing pages

• Thinks long-term and is willing to learn and grow

• Can take responsibility and deliver without constant follow-ups

• You look for shortcuts over consistency
