As part of the sales leadership team, you will:
- Drive corporate sales across boutique hotel properties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Lead negotiations, manage high‑value accounts, and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve team goals
- Experience: 6–12 years in hospitality sales (corporate, events)
- Skills: Strong negotiation, client acquisition, and account management
- Network: Ability to establish connections in corporate markets
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and drive business expansion
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate or travel across key hospitality hubs
