Job Description

Key Responsibilities

International L&D Coordination

  • Initiate and manage L&D activities for overseas locations in coordination with global stakeholders
  • Act as a single point of contact for international training programs
  • Coordinate virtual training sessions across geographies and time zones

Communication & Representation

  • Represent the organization professionally while interacting with overseas leaders, trainers, and teams
  • Conduct training briefings, program kick-offs, and follow-up discussions with confidence
  • Draft clear and impactful communication (emails, training announcements, learning updates)

Training Execution & Operations

  • Plan and execute end-to-end training programs including calendar, nominations, logistics, and materials
  • Coordinate with internal SMEs and external/global trainers
  • Track attendance, feedback, effectiveness, and closure reports

Learning Content & Support

  • Support development/customization of training content, presentations, and learning assets
  • Assist in creating professional learning collateral and communication decks
  • Maintain training MIS, reports, and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

Communication & Presence (Critical)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, articulate, and polished professional presence
  • Ability to engage, influence, and interact with global stakeholders

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of L&D processes and training lifecycle
  • Experience in training coordination and execution
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Exposure to virtual learning platforms / LMS (preferred)

Behavioral Skills

  • High ownership and accountability
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable working independently and with cross-cultural teams

Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR
