Hiring for Customer Support Role ( fulltime)

Job Location : West Mardepally , Secunderabad

Timings : 10 to 7pm ( Mon to Saturday)

Work from Office Only

Jd :

Handling Leads from

Whatsapp, Emails & Call

• Call them / make the job posted in App
• See a SP is assigned
• maintain the data and status
  
  

Handling Requests From Clients in Admin portal

• look in Support Messages
• Look into payout requests
• On SP requirement coordinate with Recruitment Team
  
  

Handling Clients Issues

Help them is using App

Help them if any SP discontinued by adding new

Handle Refund issues

Handling Service providers

Look into Payouts

Look into SP verifications (police etc)
