Job Description

Neutrios - Jr Developer with 2 to 4 years Experience

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy apps via platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, Flutter Flow, or PowerApps, focusing on workflows, forms, and dashboards.
Gather requirements from stakeholders, prototype solutions, and integrate APIs, databases, or third-party services (e.g., Airtable, Firebase).
Test applications for usability, performance, and responsiveness across devices; debug issues and optimize for scalability.
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and teams to iterate based on feedback, providing documentation and basic training.
Maintain apps post-launch, incorporating updates and staying current with low-code trends.
Neutrinos trained and certification is preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; 0-2 years experience, often via internships or projects.
Hands-on with at least one LCNC tool; basic web tech knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS, SQL).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methods; certifications like Neutrinos platform

Essential Skills

Technical: Drag-and-drop development, API integrations, data modeling.
Domain: Quick learner for business logic in apps (e.g., CRM, automation).
Soft: Problem-solving, communication with non-tech users, adaptability.
