Job Opportunity: Elite Business Manager (MEV) Life Insurance Sector

Locations : Delhi/NCR, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Pune, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Salary : Up to 8 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives)

Experience Required : 414 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel Only

About The Role

Were hiring Senior Business Development Managers to drive growth in our Elite Agency Vertical . You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management of Business Associates and their agent teams, with a focus on delivering strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates (BAs) and Field Agents
Drive sales and achieve targets through regular tracking and field visits
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and maintain Sales Management System
Promote Career Progression Programs to engage and retain agents
Encourage usage of digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for efficiency and cross-selling

Who Were Looking For

Experience : Minimum 5 years in Agency Channel Life Insurance
Education : Graduate (any stream)
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, sales acumen, and team-building capabilities
Other : Local market knowledge with a stable career history
