Job Description:
Designing the electrical interface between the ECU and the HIL simulator, including wire harness design and "Load Box" integration to simulate real-world electrical loads.
Battery Management System HIL Lead
Engineer
Defining the architecture of the HIL test bench.
Creating scenarios to test how the controller handles "bad" data or hardware failures
Experience with MATLAB Simulink for model-based
development
EV Charging experience
Battery Technology: Understanding of energy storage systems and
vehicle electrification.
