This is a full-time on-site position for a Recruiter Fresher located in Guntur East. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles. Daily responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will support the recruitment team in fostering connections with talented professionals and ensuring an efficient hiring process.

• Knowledge of Sourcing and Screening techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
• Basic understanding of Interview Scheduling and Coordination
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and documentation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for candidate interaction and team collaboration
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus
