📍 Bengaluru (Doddanakundi) | Onsite – 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts (incl. Night)

About the Role
Join our team as a Helpdesk Analyst providing first-level support via calls, chats, and emails. You'll manage support tickets, assist with credential issues, and ensure fast, quality resolutions for international customers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors in CS/IT or any other related field
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome!)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ticketing tools
- International voice process exposure (preferred)
- US Healthcare domain knowledge (a plus)
Work Requirement:
- Open to night/rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries across calls/chat/email
- Log, track & resolve tickets in the system
- Assist with login/password/credential issues
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet SLAs and maintain service quality
