📍 Bengaluru (Doddanakundi) | Onsite – 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts (incl. Night)

About the Role

Join our team as a Helpdesk Analyst providing first-level support via calls, chats, and emails. You'll manage support tickets, assist with credential issues, and ensure fast, quality resolutions for international customers.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors in CS/IT or any other related field
  • 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome!)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing tools
  • International voice process exposure (preferred)
  • US Healthcare domain knowledge (a plus)


Work Requirement:

  • Open to night/rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment


What You'll Do

  • Handle customer queries across calls/chat/email
  • Log, track & resolve tickets in the system
  • Assist with login/password/credential issues
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Meet SLAs and maintain service quality
