You will be joining a highly regarded healthcare regulatory team working on a wide variety of matters, including professional discipline, judicial review, inquests, and healthcare advisory work. The team is known for its strong reputation in acting for regulators, NHS organisations, and healthcare providers, offering exposure to a diverse and high-profile caseload.

The role will involve advising on regulatory proceedings, healthcare law, and professional discipline matters. You will also handle investigations and provide representation at hearings. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in high-quality, complex healthcare regulatory cases.

The Candidate

• Solicitor with 1–4 years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
• Experience and interest in healthcare regulatory law
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
