Job Description
Job Purpose
The role involves leading end-to-end IT delivery and recruitment operations for strategic clients, ensuring service excellence, high stakeholder satisfaction, and scalable delivery models. The Program Manager will drive strong stakeholder engagement, operate effectively in implant/on-site models, and independently manage critical technical and operational requirements while contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery, Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead end-to-end IT delivery and recruitment operations for strategic clients, ensuring service excellence, scalability, and timely outcomes.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagements, managing senior stakeholders, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, MSPs, and vendors.
- Drive strong stakeholder management, aligning delivery with business priorities, workforce planning, and technology roadmaps.
- Operate effectively in implant/on-site models, representing the organization at client locations and ensuring real-time governance.
- Manage GCC client engagements, supporting global hiring programs and multi-geo delivery requirements.
- Provide regular program dashboards, MIS, market intelligence, and risk mitigation plans to client and internal leadership.
- Own strategic planning for programs, including demand forecasting, delivery roadmaps, and resource allocation aligned with business goals.
IT Delivery, Recruitment Operations & Team Leadership
- Drive delivery across core IT and advanced technology segments, including AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, RPA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle EPM, and Full-Stack technologies.
- Lead large-scale and niche hiring programs, ensuring adherence to SLAs, TATs, quality metrics, and compliance standards.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to understand skill demand, capacity planning, and future workforce needs.
- Lead, mentor, and retain delivery and recruitment teams, providing coaching, performance guidance, and capability development.
- Implement best practices in delivery governance, escalation management, process optimization, and quality control.
- Ensure a consistently high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience across the hiring lifecycle.
- Provide project oversight across multiple hiring and delivery initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Self-Learning & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, emerging technologies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Invest in self-learning that enhances decision-making, technical expertise, productivity, and overall IT performance.
- Use market insights and technology advancements to refine IT strategies and delivery models.
- Maintain a strong continuous-improvement mindset across all IT processes and operations.
- Regularly evaluate existing IT workflows and identify areas to enhance automation, efficiency, and security.
- Understand and utilize IT performance metrics, monitoring tools, and analytics platforms effectively.
- Follow all organizational IT policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks, special projects, and technology initiatives based on business needs.
- Required Knowledge
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong expertise in leading profitable teams and managing large, complex client accounts.
- Deep understanding of core IT and niche technology stacks, market trends, talent mapping, and skill benchmarking across domains.
- Proven leadership capability in team management, performance coaching, and driving consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and modern recruitment technologies, with a data-driven approach to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end IT hiring across development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and other niche technology roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Full time graduate with overall first division.
- Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
