Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the Ropeways business unit.
Lead quality assurance enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.
Drive training initiatives to enhance quality awareness and competency across all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate quality standards into project execution.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to the Ropeways industry.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and compliance.
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
10 to 15 years of experience in quality management within infrastructure or EPC projects.
Proven track record in implementing and managing quality assurance programs in large-scale projects.
