Why this role matters:
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. This role is suited for someone who is deeply comfortable working with tech and product teams, translating business problems into structured requirements, and driving execution across the full development lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Business leaders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, track delivery, and ensure programs are built with scale, reliability, and measurable impact in mind.

What will you do:
- Tech & Product Program Ownership: Drive end-to-end delivery of tech and product programs - from problem definition and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch performance tracking.
- Strategic Thinking: Apply structured problem-solving and business insight to convert ambiguous problem statements into clear product and technical roadmaps.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define scope, PRDs, success metrics, and prioritization aligned to business OKRs.
- Engineering Execution: Partner with Engineering teams to manage sprint planning, dependencies, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Data & Analytics: Use SQL to track KPIs, monitor product adoption, system performance, and operational metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Design and improve tech-enabled processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Decision Support: Support leadership with prioritization frameworks, trade-off analysis, and cost–benefit evaluation for tech and product investments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create clear documentation, program updates, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Leadership Support: Demonstrate high ownership, anticipate risks, unblock teams, and drive accountability across functions.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate across product, tech, data, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Product & Tech Awareness: Maintain strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, experimentation frameworks, and AI-driven tools.
What you need to succeed:
- Strong strategic thinking with a structured approach to solving tech and product problems.
- Proven experience in program/project management within tech-led or product-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and engineering execution.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Sheets, basic SQL, KPI definition, and interpretation.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, APIs, and system dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills clear documentation, effective presentations, and strong stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated operational excellence with experience driving tech-enabled process improvements.
- Strong ability to provide decision support through prioritization, trade-off analysis, and data-backed recommendations.
- High degree of ownership and leadership support, with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Effective relationship management across product, tech, business, and senior leadership.
- Strong product and tech awareness, including comfort with AI tools, experimentation platforms, dashboards, and modern SaaStools.
- Personal traits: Speed, adaptability, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
