Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Plumbing professional to lead and manage all plumbing operations across the property. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team handling skills, and experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, or large residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage complete plumbing operations across the resort and adventure park.
• Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
• Ensure uninterrupted water supply and smooth functioning of plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for daily operations.
• Attend and resolve plumbing complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage and guide plumbing technicians and support staff.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management regularly.
  
  

Requirements

Job Expectations:

• Experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, or large properties preferred.
• Good knowledge of pumps, pipelines, STP, water treatment systems, and plumbing maintenance.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Diploma/ITI in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification.

Minimum Job Experience

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and operations.
