Job Summary

Responsible for delivering efficient administration, facilities, MEP operations, civil & interior project management, corporate real estate (CRE), vendor, compliance, workplace, and employee support services while ensuring operational excellence, safety, cost control, and workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Facility Operations (Regional Offices), ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Agreements & Compliance Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Guest House Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage ISO Audits, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Space & Parking Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Vendor Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Transport Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Cross-functional Coordination, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Reports & Analytics, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Event Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Policy Implementation, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Sustainability Initiatives, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Operations, including lease coordination, occupancy planning, workplace strategy, capital projects, infrastructure lifecycle management, project governance, and alignment with business growth objectives.
• Lead and manage Civil & Interior Projects, including workplace fit-outs, renovations, office expansions, space planning, move management, project budgeting, contractor coordination, quality assurance, HSE compliance, stakeholder communication, and timely project delivery.
• Lead and manage MEP Operations (Electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, Fire & Life Safety, Plumbing, BMS, STP/WTP and Preventive Maintenance), ensuring statutory compliance, asset reliability, energy efficiency, emergency preparedness, and SLA adherence.

MEP Operations

• Lead end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) operations across corporate facilities.
• Manage Electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, Fire & Life Safety, Plumbing, BMS, STP/WTP and critical infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure statutory compliance, asset reliability, energy efficiency and SLA adherence.\
• Lead emergency response planning and technical incident management.

Civil & Interior Project Management

• Plan and deliver office fit-outs, renovations, refurbishments and workplace expansion projects.
• Coordinate space planning, workplace design and move management.
• Manage budgets, BOQs, contractors, procurement and quality assurance.
• Ensure HSE compliance, testing, commissioning and project handover.

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Operations

• Manage lease administration, landlord coordination and occupancy planning.
• Lead capital projects and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Drive project governance, reporting and risk management.
• Support office expansions, relocations and new site setup.
