Head of Training Academy — Strength & Conditioning

We are a premium EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) fitness brand scaling from Bangalore to a national franchise network. Backed by XBody, one of the most rigorously tested EMS platforms globally, our sessions are science-backed, trainer-led, and built for high-performing clients who demand results.

EMS training in India is at the same stage functional fitness was fifteen years ago. We are building the category. This role exists to ensure the standard we’ve built scales to studio 1, studio 20, and studio 500.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position for a Strength & Conditioning coach who is ready to build beyond the floor.

You will own the Training Academy, designing the certification system, developing coaches, and ensuring every studio in our network delivers the same standard of training.

The XBody curriculum exists. The studios are live and growing. Now we need someone to own the standard and scale it.

What You’ll Own

Build and lead the Training Academy

Design and deliver the trainer certification programme end to end

Train, certify, and develop coaches across every studio

Set the quality standard across the franchise network

Develop SOPs, assessment frameworks, and coaching playbooks

Bring India-centric S&C knowledge into the EMS methodology

Conduct quality audits across all studios

Who We’re Looking For

Strength & Conditioning coach with 5+ years in high-performance coaching

Has coached coaches (formally or informally)

Has certified or developed other coaches

Strong programme design background

Thinks in curricula, systems, and standards, not just sessions

Familiarity with EMS is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential

NSCA CSCS, ASCA, or equivalent certification preferred
