someone to own the revenue side of that story.

This Role Isn't for Everyone.

If you're looking for a structured 9-to-5 with a fixed playbook and someone telling you what

to do every morning

- this isn't it.

But if you're someone who gets restless when things move too slow...

If you've always known you could sell, but never had something worth selling...

If you want to build a sales function from the ground up and actually own what you create

you might be exactly who we're looking for.


What You're Walking Into:

  • A high-growth B2B wellness brand with a product that sells itself — if you know how to

open the right doors.

  • Your buyers? Gyms. Sports clubs. Luxury hotels & spas. Corporate wellness teams. Rehab

clinics. Biohacking studios.

  • Your job? Get them in. Keep them in. Grow from there.


This is a senior role. You'll lead the entire sales function — strategy, pipeline, partnerships,

and eventually a team.


What You'll Actually Do:

  • Own the numbers. Quarterly targets, annual revenue goals — they live with you.
  • Build the GTM. Define which verticals we go after, in what order, and how we win them.
  • Close the big ones. Lead end-to-end sales cycles — prospecting, pitching, negotiating,

signing.

  • Grow the team. Hire, coach, and build a sales team that scales with the business.


Be the bridge. Work closely with operations and tech teams to make sure what you sell, we

can deliver — including onsite installation and servicing.

Think long-term. Upsell. Cross-sell. Build relationships that compound over time.

Feed the loop. Bring market intelligence back to product and leadership. Your ear to the

ground shapes our roadmap.


What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience — senior level, with real deals to show for it.
  • Someone who's sold high-ticket, complex solutions. Wellness, MedTech, fitness equipment —

that world is a plus.

  • Someone who's managed long sales cycles and knows how to keep momentum without being

annoying about it.

  • Exposure to products that need installation or technical delivery on the ground? Even better.


And beyond the resume:

  • You close. Not someday — consistently.
  • You can build systems, not just hustle solo.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can make decisions without a manual.
  • You can hold a room — whether it's a gym owner, a hotel GM, or a corporate procurement

head.

  • You think in pipelines, not just conversations.


Bonus if you:

  • Already have a network in wellness, sports, or hospitality
  • Are genuinely into performance, recovery, or biohacking
  • Know anything about cold therapy, saunas, or red light therapy
