Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales - B2C at our Ernakulam location. The role involves devising and implementing effective sales strategies tailored for the B2C market, managing a dynamic sales team, and overseeing account management to meet and exceed revenue targets. The selected candidate will analyze market trends, manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and provide regular performance reports to management. They will also play a critical role in training and mentoring the sales team to ensure best practices and optimal results in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive B2C market growth and achieve revenue targets
- Strong Team Management and Account Management skills for leading and nurturing a dynamic team and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, foster data-driven decision-making, and identify growth opportunities
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies tailored for customer acquisition and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or related sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
