Job Title: Head of Retail

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end retail operations for the region
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall store performance
• Handle P&L management and achieve business targets
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards across stores
• Manage store expansion, launches, and operational excellence
• Lead, mentor, and manage retail teams across locations
• Develop and execute retail sales and growth strategies
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
• Monitor KPIs, inventory, and store productivity metrics
• Drive omnichannel and D2C retail initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in Lifestyle, Fashion, Retail, or D2C brands
• Strong exposure to multi-store retail operations
• Proven experience in team handling and business growth
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
