Allter is a fast-growing D2C babycare brand building thoughtful, high-quality products for modern parents. As we scale beyond online, we are looking to build a strong offline presence across India through the right retail channels and distributor network.
Role OverviewWe are hiring a senior offline sales leader to build and scale Allter’s offline business from the ground up. This person will own offline GTM, distributor network creation, retail expansion, key account development, and offline revenue growth across India.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in building offline sales for babycare, mothercare, personal care, hygiene, healthcare, or adjacent consumer brands, and knows how to create a distributor-led retail network with strong on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead Allter’s offline sales strategy across India, including general trade, modern trade, pharmacies, baby stores, and regional retail
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage a strong PAN India distributor / super stockist network across key markets
- Drive offline revenue growth by expanding retail presence, increasing primary and secondary sales, and building high-performing channel partnerships
- Open and grow key retail accounts by leading commercial negotiations, listings, visibility, promotions, and in-store execution
- Set up strong sales planning and operating systems, including forecasting, reporting, market reviews, stock health tracking, and distributor performance management
- Work closely with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability, retail visibility, activations, and strong on-ground execution
- Hire and build the offline sales team over time, creating clear targets, accountability, and a high-performance execution culture
- 10+ years of experience in offline sales, distribution, and retail expansion
- Strong experience in babycare, mothercare, personal care, hygiene, healthcare, or adjacent consumer categories
- Proven track record of building distributor-led retail networks across India
- Deep understanding of general trade, modern trade, pharmacy, babycare retail, and regional distribution structures
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience with margins, schemes, listings, and channel economics
- Existing relationships with distributors, retail chains, and key accounts are strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and willing to travel extensively
- Strong distributor / super stockist network built across priority markets
- Expansion into relevant offline retail channels across India
- Consistent offline revenue growth and healthy secondary sales
- Strong retail visibility, availability, and account relationships
- Robust sales systems, reporting cadence, and execution discipline
- A high-performing offline sales team built over time
