Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy, managing large-scale recruitment operations, and building strong talent pipelines across both lateral and campus hiring.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Define and execute short-term and long-term hiring plans aligned with business goals
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams for workforce planning and talent forecasting

2. Lateral Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and niche roles

3. Campus Hiring

  • Establish and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutes
  • Lead campus drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding processes
  • Design and implement internship, Management Trainee (MT), and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) programs

4. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 recruiters
  • Allocate responsibilities, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and training
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
  • Present data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership

6. Employer Branding & HR Technology

  • Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, career fairs, and social media initiatives
  • Drive recruitment process automation and improvements using ATS and other tools


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both lateral and campus hiring
  • Team Management: Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams (8–10 members)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Understanding of industry hiring trends and diversity hiring practices

  • UG: Any Graduate
