Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy, managing large-scale recruitment operations, and building strong talent pipelines across both lateral and campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Define and execute short-term and long-term hiring plans aligned with business goals
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams for workforce planning and talent forecasting
2. Lateral Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions
- Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and niche roles
3. Campus Hiring
- Establish and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutes
- Lead campus drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding processes
- Design and implement internship, Management Trainee (MT), and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) programs
4. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 recruiters
- Allocate responsibilities, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and training
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
- Present data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership
6. Employer Branding & HR Technology
- Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, career fairs, and social media initiatives
- Drive recruitment process automation and improvements using ATS and other tools
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both lateral and campus hiring
- Team Management: Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams (8–10 members)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics

- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Understanding of industry hiring trends and diversity hiring practices
Education
- UG: Any Graduate
