Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Additional responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand current talent needs, and providing a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also play a role in developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent while maintaining compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple channels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing candidate pipelines effectively
• Familiarity with local labor laws, compliance standards, and industry hiring trends
• Proficiency in crafting job descriptions and employment advertisements
• Experience in hiring for industries such as IT, Engineering, Telecom, Healthcare, Finance, or other high-demand fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
