Head of Quality Management

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Quality Management, based in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing the organization's quality management systems, leading quality control and assurance initiatives, and implementing quality standards and processes. Responsibilities also include conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Proficiency in Quality Auditing and Quality Management practices
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Auditor Certification, or similar credentials are advantageous
• Proven experience in quality management roles, ideally in a manufacturing or technology setting
