About the Job

The Head of Production will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across INDIC’s manufacturing processes. This leader will oversee end‑to‑end production activities, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation while aligning operations with INDIC’s vision of sustainability and growth. By fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, the Head of Production will help INDIC deliver reliable, world‑class solutions across industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and manage all production operations to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
2. Develop and implement production strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
3. Drive efficiency through lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization.
4. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
5. Monitor KPIs to track productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
6. Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across production lines.
7. Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure resilience in high‑growth environments.
8. Mentor and inspire production teams, fostering accountability and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

1.  Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years in a senior production or operations leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale manufacturing processes and teams.
2. Industry Background: Prior experience in the EMS sector is mandatory.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and/or multiple languages will be considered an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean practices, and automation technologies.
5. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and drive continuous improvement.
6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage across diverse teams.
8. A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset aligned with INDIC’s collaborative culture.
9. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification; advanced certifications in production/operations management are a plus.
